Simulations and Rollplaying
Posted: June 16, 2026
Airlines have been using simulators to train pilots. Simulations allow them to train and assess their pilots’ ability to perform under disruptive and volatile conditions. They adapted that from the U.S. Army because they needed to understand how their soldiers would react under disruptive and volatile conditions (i.e., WARFARE). In the near future, organizations and individuals who thrive will use AI to create simulations to help analyze and improve their performance. Simulations (i.e., roleplaying) are the best form of learning because they produce empirical evidence.
