AI, Religious Exemptions, and the low birth rate

AI is here to stay even though some believe they should be granted religious exemptions from using it in the workplace. Those people might regret those exemptions in the end because the disruption and volatility the low birth rate will introduce into the operational environment. Very soon there won’t be enough workers to sustain the labor market and AI will be ( as we said in the Army) a force multiplier; allowing you to do more with less. It will also aid the resurgence of more senior workers whose experience will remain in the workplace longer in advisory roles. I wonder why workers didn’t request religious exemptions during the Industrial Revolution!
